How it works

01

Set it up

Pick a starting point, such as a conference or a meet-up, and change what you like. It saves as you go.

02

Print the codes

One code for the event and one for each room. Download them, or put them on a sign in the Print Studio.

03

Watch it run

See who has arrived, run polls, pick questions and read the feedback as it comes in.

What your guests get

One tap to check in

After the first scan their phone remembers them. The session happening now is at the top.

The content, when it matters

Slides, handouts, links and Wi-Fi details appear once they have checked in to that session.

A voice in the room

Live polls, questions they can upvote, and quick ratings for each session.

Nothing to install

It is a web page in your colours. It works on any phone, even without JavaScript.

Whose data is it?

Yours to look after. You are the controller of your attendees’ details; we store them for you and do nothing else with them. They are deleted automatically 90 days after the event ends, or sooner if you choose 7 or 30 days. You can download them first, or delete them straight away. See our privacy notice.

How do you know who someone is?

A random code in a cookie on that phone, for that event only. No fingerprinting, no tracking and no outside scripts. Anyone can remove their own details from the event page.
