PDFs use your chosen paper size. Print at Actual size / 100%, with matching paper. PNGs have enough pixels for 300 ppi at the selected dimensions; set their print size manually. Allow for your printer’s margins: no bleed or crop marks are included. Test a scan of your printed sign.
